Date : 28-Feb-2012
The Ghana Center for Democratic Development (CDD-Ghana) in collaboration with the Results for Development (R4D), an international NGO based in Washington DC, will hold validation workshops in Ajumako and Cape Coast on February 28th and 29th respectively.
The workshops are part of a transparency and accountability study (Public Expenditure and Service Delivery in Education) the Center is conducting.
This phase of the project focuses on tracking the Distribution of Textbooks in Public Primary Schools in Ghana, and is a follow-up to the Center’s two previous tracking surveys on the Capitation Grant and Teacher Absenteeism in Public Primary schools in Ghana.
The workshops will bring together stakeholders in basic education in six districts within the study area.
