The Center for Democratic Development, CDD-Ghana, has honored four of its staff for long service and dedication at an impressive ceremony at the forecourt of the Center. Two of the staff have been with the Center for ten years, while the other two have served for a period of eight and seven years respectively.

In a speech at the function, the Executive Director of CDD-Ghana, Prof. Emmanuel Gyimah Boadi said the Center owes its growth and development to its dedicated staff who have worked hard to uphold the values of the Center.

“The Center is proud of your sense of duty, discipline and the sacrifices you have made these past ten years. We owe the Center’s achievements to your hard work, determination and your devotion to duty,” he said. The Executive Director urged other staff to emulate the shining examples of their colleagues. They were presented with citations.

Mr. John Larvie, programs officer in charge of election monitoring thanked the management of CDD-Ghana on behalf of the recipients. He expressed appreciation to management and hoped the awards would motivate staff of the Center to work even harder as Election Day approaches.
